Important Note
１．You must bring the examination ticket with your face photo on C面, and the acceptable, valid identification. It is your responsibility to have your ID documents up-to-date and available on the day of the test.
Without the required ID, you will not be permitted to test and your test fee will not be refunded.
※１ You need to contact HSK Japan office by 15:00 the day before the test date if test takers do not have following identifications with your face photo on. * Please refer the HSK official website acording this matter.

※２ Health Insurance Certificate is not accepted as the identifications due to no face photo.
※３ The first (given) name and the last (family) name on your ID must exactly match the name on your examination ticket.
２. All test takers must be in the room on the start time of the exams, and any test takers not allow to take a test when after the test has started. There is no exception.
３. Once you leave the test room during the exam including go to toilet, you need to re-enter the test room within the designated time and so your remaining time of testing will be under the restriction. (Please refer to the Exam voucher [E面] and [F面].) * You do not allowed to leave the room during the HSKK oral examination.
４. You must go to the test center where you registered.
５. You need to go to the test center by public transportations.HSK Japan do not prepare any space for car, motor bike and bicycle at all test centers.
６． Listening part is not retesting under any circumstance including alarm sounds generated by mobile phones, smart phones, and any electric devices. There is no exception.
７. All test takers are not allowed to answer the question of the test off-hours.
８． In addition, please follow the instructions of examiners at each test centers.HSK Japan is not responsible for any troubles between test takers.
◆ What to Bring to the Test Center ◆
1.Writing implement. Pencils of 2 B or more ( JIS level )is preferable.
2.(Mobile phones, smart phones and any electric devices including smart watches are not permitted to use as watch due to alarm sounds generated.)
3.Please come to test centers in clothes that can respond to changes in air conditioning.

③Please fill in the 5-degit number of 考生序号 of your examination ticket.

④Please fill in the 7-degit number of 考点代码 of your examination ticket.
Write the numbers vertically in the left spaces and mark each on the right boxes.
⑤Please fill in the 3-degit number of nationalities of your examination ticket.
Write the numbers vertically in the left spaces and mark each on the right boxes.
⑥Please fill in the 2-degit of ages of your examination ticket.
⑦Please mark the number of genders of your examination ticket.
Note : This instruction in English is only supplemental remarks. You must follow all instructions and regulations in the original examination ticket in Japanese.
